Not Syncing?
If you notice your products aren't automatically updating stock when products are ordered, the following issue happened:
- Make sure your product in CCVshop has an Article number that corresponds with the Article code in eWarehousing WMS.
- Make sure your product has an EAN code that is the same as the Article code in eWarehousing WMS.
- Make sure your product has Stock management enabled in CCVshop.
To update your product navigate to the Products management page in your CCVshop admin panel and select the product.
- To update Article number navigate to the Global tab.
- To update EAN code navigate to the Metadata tab.
- To enable Stock management navigate to the Stock tab and check the Product has stock checkbox.
- After changing the details don't forget to Apply and Save the changes.
