Send fulfillment request to eWarehousing

An order fulfillment can be requested automatically or manually.

Manual fulfillment request

1. Log in on Shopify Admin
2. Go to Orders
3. Click on the [order] you would like to fulfill
4. Click on Request fulfillment
5. (optional) Click on Notify your customer when their order is fulfilled by eWarehousing Fulfillment
6. Click on Send fulfilment request

A new fulfillment request will be made to the eWarehousing servers. When the request is accepted, the status will update to In progress. When the order has been processed and a shipment has been made, the order will get the status Fulfilled and the customer will be notified.

Automatic fulfillment requests

1. Log in to Shopify Admin
2. Go to Settings > Checkout
3. Scroll down to Order processing
4. Under After an order has been paid select Automatically fulfill an order's line items
5. (optional) Select Notify customers of their shipment All new orders with the status paid, will now automatically be fulfilled by eWarehousing.
